At Highlander Tattoo we strive to combine amazing tattoo art and quality piercings with thorough customer service. Founded, owned and operated by Richard Dixon, a tattoo artist with decades of experience, our team is a group of fun and inspired artists. Taking great care that each client who walks through our doors leaves with an experience that is both pleasing but that they also feel confident in what we provide exceeded their expectations.
A high attention to detail, whether it is a new tattoo, a cover up of a previous tattoo or a new piercing, we never waver in the belief that quality work at an affordable price is what sets us apart.
We stand proudly behind each piece of art and piercing that leaves our shop and hope they promote discussions and questions and bring our clients back for more as well as their friends coming to discover what makes Highlander Tattoo so special.
MEET THE TEAM
Richard began tattooing around 30 years ago. While his tattooing took a hiatus for a bit, he opened Highlander Tattoo over 10 years ago, first operating out of his apartment until State regulations changed and then opening Highlander Tattoo off of Goldenrod in Orlando.
Nearly 7 years ago, he moved the shop to it's present location on Curry Ford Road. With his shop housing 6 amazing artists, two superior piercers and a competent shop manager, he is ever thankful for his clients and his employees as 5 years ago, he never could have imagined the growth the shop has seen.

LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
No matter the colors in your tattoo, the size of your tattoo, or any other tattoo factor, virtually every customer requires multiple treatments. Each treatment with the laser targets deeper levels of ink and continuously breaks down the ink particles for faster fading.
On average, most customers need between 3 to 12 treatments for complete tattoo removal. Customers with an older, faded tattoo or those interested in fading their tattoo for a cover up may only need between 3 to 4 treatments.
Highlander Tattoo provides a private environment and easy appointment setting for your tattoo removal process as well as pricing which is based on size and the amount of ink needing to be removed.
Consultations are always free!
